Come to the gym this Fall to improve your on court skillset with professional skills trainer, head coach, Thomas Gorrilla. Sessions will focus on skill development that includes:
Ball handling/footwork for scoring/separation
Finishing at/around the rim in traffic
Shooting off the catch and dribble
Passing Variations/Angles
Defensive Principles
As well as situational 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 where they'll learn concepts, how to play off of one another and more.
